Our Available Rentals
One of the most important aspects of a rental property are the tenants. We go to great lengths to make sure we find tenants that will respect our rental units and property. All of our rental properties are pet and smoke free.
Only quality tenants should apply. We only keep tenants that pay their rent on-time, keep the property in good condition, and follow the rental agreement. If a tenant is not a good tenant we will give a notice to move or evicted.
New Prospective Tenants
We are consistent and fair in screening prospective tenants. We have a very high screening process. We check 10 years of previous landlord and other references, verify last 3 years of employment, income, and current bank account information; and obtain a credit report, bankruptcy, eviction, and criminal history.

About Approval Process
Our 1-through-12 approval process walks you through our tenant screening process.
2. Screening Tenants
Know the process we take in verifying an applicants application, documentation, and background check.
4. Interview Questions
Our pre-screening questions make sure the prospective tenant meets our basic screening standards before submitting a rental application.
5. Rental Application
After the initial interview question and a prospective tenant and us are still interested. An rental application can be completed.
6. Pay Application Fee
Only pay the application fee after you have submitted a full rental application and uploaded all required documentation.
7. Screen Tenant
Once we have received the application fee we will start screening a tenant.
8. Approved & Declined
A tenant that has stayed at their prior residence for two or more years is a good sign that they enjoy staying in one place.
9. Renters Insurance
We require all tenants to provide us the correct rental insurance policy before they sign the rental agreement.
10. Rental Agreement
We go through our rental agreement carefully to make sure all the rules are completely understood.
11. First Payment
Once you pay the initial first payment it’s not refundable if you decide not to move in.
12. Moving In
We will provide you with a move-in checklist which will be the same process when you move-out.
