Waiting List
Once you have completed your rental application. Give us a call you are applying to see if you can be placed on a waiting list.
More About Our Waiting List
If you would like to be on our waiting list for one of our properties where the lease is up within 60 days or more. You are able to be put on our waiting list in case the current tenant would like to move. We will accept a small refundable deposit of $100 to place your name on the list.
Now, let’s say that a tenant gives us a 30 day notice to vacate the rental. We will look at our waiting list of approved applicants. The application fee is not refundable. Only the $100 deposit to be placed on the waiting list. Being on our waiting list does not guarantee that we will rent to you. If we do not select you as a tenant we will refund the $100 deposit. If a future tenant wants a current vacancy to be held for more than 10 days. It will be rented to another tenant.
Once your application has been submitted, it will generally take a couple of weeks to be processed. If the application meets our guidelines to be placed on the waiting list, the applicant will be contacted via email. We will not contact applicants who are not qualified to be placed on our waiting list.
