Types of Payments
We accept the three following types of ways to pay rent. If requested we will set up an option to pay monthly rent online.
Personal Checks – We do not accept personal checks. We do not accept the old-fashioned standard, checks by mail.
Cash – Cash payments have to be deposited at the bank.
Money Order: Yes
Zelle – you can send and collect rent payments instantly through your banking app. The transfers are free and only require you to know a US mobile number or email address (as long as the other person already has Zelle).
Paypal – you can attach a credit card, debit card, or link your bank account to the app to pay monthly rent. PayPal doesn’t charge a fee when you transfer directly from your bank account, but it does add a 2.9% charge when you pay via debit or credit card. Additionally, there is no PayPal purchase protection for the money you send to family and friends, nor is there protection for real estate purchases. Basically, if you make an error and send the money to the wrong place PayPal has no obligation to help you get it back.
